The Mountain View Farmers’ Market moves to its alternate location in parking lots 4&8 on Hope Street between Evelyn Ave and Villa St.

No, the Mountain View Farmers’ Market will continue to be held year-round Sundays 9am-1pm in the Mountain View Caltrain Station Parking lot. The market only needs to move a limited number of Sundays (typically only 4-5 times per year) due to 49er games at Levi Stadium. Please subscribe to the market email list to be notified on future move days.

Free parking for Mountain View Farmers’ Market customers can be found in city parking lots 5, 6 & 9 on Hope Street, as well as nearby street parking. Farmers’ market customers may also park in the Mountain View CalTrain Parking Lot (payment required).

The Mountain View Farmers’ Market alternate location has the same hours 9am-1pm as the regular Caltrain location. However, no early access to the farmers’ market is permitted at the alternate location and customers may not enter the alternate location site before 9am.

Hope Street will remain open to vehicles during the farmers’ market, however access will be limited. On Mountain View Farmers’ Market move days, we recommend avoiding driving down Hope Street between Evelyn Ave and Villa St between 7am and 2pm and to use View Street instead.

Yes, all of the regular Mountain View Farmers’ Market vendors will be at the alternate location. Please ask market staff at the information booth if you need help locating your favorite vendor.

The previous Mountain View Farmers’ Market alternate location on California and Bryant Streets is no longer available due to development of that lot. Beginning in January 2026, all Mountain View Farmers’ Market move days will be held at the Hope street alternate location.
